Grants Week Twente
Join us at the Grants Week Twente from October 31st till November 3rd at the University of Twente Campus, The Design Lab, Enschede. We, the University of Twente, Saxion and Oost NL, will help you to increase insight in acquisition strategies, improve your success rates and find your regional partners.
What to expect?
We will inform you on funding opportunities, share success stories in funding acquisition and organize matchmaking activities to meet your regional partners.
The event is open to all UT and Saxion researchers, SMEs, the local municipalities and other interested parties. Please forward this information to your relevant colleagues and collaborators.

TUESDAY 31 OCTOBER: THEMATIC DAY ON SMART & SUSTAINABLE INDUSTRIES
The manufacturing industry of the East Netherlands Region is developing towards a true ‘Smart Industry.’ The business community, government institutions, institutes of research and higher education, as well as respective partners, all work together on executing the Action Agenda Smart Industry East Netherlands (BOOST). This day of the Twente Grants Week is focused on grant opportunities for these regional developments.
WEDNESDAY 1 NOVEMBER: THEMATIC DAY ON CONCEPTS FOR A HEALTHY LIFE
In East Netherlands, new knowledge, insights and techniques are used to develop concept for broad application in the healthcare and medical sectors.
THURSDAY 2 NOVEMBER: THEMATIC DAY ON CO-CREATION
Een dag ingericht met verschillende sessies die zich richt op de samenwerking van bedrijven en onderzoekers en waar de mogelijkheden liggen van financiering. Als afsluiter zal er een innovatiemarkt plaatsvinden met verschillende showcases, ook een uitermate goed moment voor matchmaking.
FRIDAY 3 NOVEMBER: THEMATIC DAY ON SUCCESSFUL FUNDING APPLICATIONS
This day is about the preparation and ingredients of a successful proposal. How do you need to prepare yourself for grant writing? What is the recipe for a successful proposal and which support is offered by your institution?
