Corona Rebuild Programme 

  • For whom? Innovative companies in Gelderland and Overijssel. 
  • In 10 modules/30 days, companies can gain insight into the impact of the corona crisis on their company and what measures they can take.

Schemes

Temporary Emergency Bridging Measure to Preserve Employment (Noodmaatregel Overbrugging Werkgelegenheid – NOW) 

  • For whom?  Companies that expect a turnover loss of at least 20% for a period of 3 consecutive months. 
  • Apply to the UWV (Employee Insurance Agency). Employers who suffer loss of turnover will be able to continue to pay permanent and flexible contracts with this bridging scheme.

Compensation for businesses in affected sectors COVID-19 (TOGS) 

  • For whom?  For those businesses whose main activity corresponds to one of the required SBI codes and who expect a loss of turnover of at least €4,000. 
  • Apply online. €4,000 for business owners who suffer loss due to forced closure, curtailment of meetings and/or the negative travel advice abroad.

SME loans guarantee (BMKB-C) 

  • For whom? For companies with a maximum of 250 employees (FTE) with an annual turnover of up to €50 million or a balance sheet total of up to €43 million, with sufficient continuity perspective.  
  • Apply to banks. With the guarantee loan, the Ministry of Economic Affairs partially guarantees companies wishing to take out a loan but are unable to provide the financier with enough security (‘collateral’, such as buildings or machines). Commission minimum 2%.

Temporary bridging measure for self-employed professionals (Tozo) 

  • For whom? Self-employed professionals (including ZZPers – self-employed with no personnel) 
  • Apply to municipality. Self-employed professionals can receive additional income support for living expenses (max €1500 net per month) and/or a loan for working capital in the event of liquidity problems.

 Deferral of tax payments and other arrangements to cushion businesses 

  • For whom? Companies 
  • Apply for various forms of tax deferral via the tax authorities. It is also often possible to request a deferment from municipal authorities, for OZB (property tax), for example.

GO: state guarantee on medium/large loans 

  • For whom? For SMEs and large SMEs.
  • Apply to banks. With GO, the government provides a 90% guarantee on bank loans and bank guarantees for SMEs. At least 1.5 million euros.

BL: credit guarantee scheme for agriculture and horticulture 

  • For whom? For agricultural and horticultural companies 
  • Apply to banks. Temporary guarantee for working capital under the Guarantee scheme for SME agricultural loans (BL).

  • For whom? For small businesses and self-employed with no personnel.

European Investment Bank/European investment Fund 

 COSME Loan Guarantee Facility (COSME LGF) 

  • For whom? For SMEs 
  • Apply to banks. EU has announced additional guarantees for loans to SMEs.

  • For whom? For SMEs that carry out R&D activities
