Welcome to the winter edition of the Vanguard Initiative newsletter, with updates covering the period August – December. 2020 has been a challenging year but as this newsletter shows, the Vanguard Initiative continues to develop in very positive ways and there have been a lot of interesting progress within the Pilots.
