Open CALL EIT RAWMATERIALS KAVA – CALL 9

KAVA Call 8 aims to support innovation, higher education and lifelong learning activities, as well as to support partners in RIS regions, in order to secure the Raw Materials supply in Europe, support the development of this sector along the value chain from exploration to recycling, and to create jobs.

Total EU funding available: €5 000 000 (for 2022)
Submission & evaluation process: KAVA call 9, that is the second KAVA Call launched in 2021, will have a 2 stages submission process, with a DRAFT proposal that has to be submitted at stage 1, and a FINAL draft at stage 2. The DRAFT proposal will be evaluated by an internal evaluation committee, whereas the FINAL proposal will be evaluated by an external panel. Only proposals that will meet all the expectations at Stage 1 will go to Stage 2, and the selected projects should start mid of 2022.
