AGORADA is an annual event for regional economic practitioners which has been organised since more than 25 years. It allows us to meet again to learn and share experiences. On this occasion, the event “Financial scenarios & overcoming challenges for sustainable entrepreneurial growth” is linked to the financing of sustainable projects and social innovation. Both issues are a priority in all European regions. This year we will focus on re-designing the activities of the agencies to make it easier for their regional stakeholders with these projects of impact finance to get more resources. 

Agorada+2021 is going to be held in a hybrid format (physical event in Valencia but broadcasted also online). If possible, we would like to encourage you to travel to Valencia to meet your peers. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to see in situ how the Region of Valencia is a dynamic economy, at the forefront of sustainable investment, creativity and social cohesion. The conference will have several site visits during Friday 29th of October. Finally, the Policy Learning Platform of the Interreg Europe programme is organising a matchmaking event that will allow regions with specific needs to discuss them with the experts participating in the conference.  

This edition of Agorada+2021 is attracting a lot of interest. There is a need for regional economic practitioners to meet again with their colleagues.
