The VI 3DP Pilot and CECIMO are jointly organising a Webinar focusing on “The role of facility centres in the growth of Additive Manufacturing”. This webinar will take place on the 24.02 from 11.00 to 12.15.

During the event, representatives of Facility Centres will illustrate how “such organisations are instrumental for the deployment and uptake of 3DP solutions as they give the opportunity to test, develop and demonstrate solutions before the actual company’s investment”.

Facility centres (in the context of this project) are public or private organisations providing quality services related to testing, validating and certifying 3D Printing solutions. These organisations are instrumental for the deployment and uptake of 3DP solutions as they give the opportunity to test, develop and demonstrate solutions before the actual company’s investment.

This event will shed the lights on:

• Use of Competence centers to help companies understand and use this technology
• Trends, technologies used and major end-users
• Showcase importance of training workforce
