On 19 October, the week will begin with the Opening of the Green Week (organised by DG Environment) in Lisbon with Commissioner Sinkevičius and Commissioner Ferreira as a handover moment with the European Week of Regions and Cities . The third week of this extended edition of the #EURegionsWeek (19 to 22 October) will revolve around the theme “
