The goal is to provide a platform to discuss the recent progress on photonic integration technology along the complete value chain from integration platforms: over design and packaging to fabrication and applications enabled by photonic integration. Furthermore, by exchanging knowledge and connecting the different players, cooperation will be stimulated and new contacts and ideas for future breakthroughs will be fostered. 

Integrated photonics is a key enabling technology that is going to revolutionize innumerable industries and help overcome serious global societal and technological challenges. The Netherlands is home to a distinctive and highly innovative network of companies, knowledge institutes and suppliers, each with their own distinctive technological propositions, setting the foundation of a strong Dutch industry cluster that is able to design and manufacture innovative solutions based on InP as well as TriPleX (SiN) technology. 

Who should attend?

Dutch and Israeli-based organisations that are active in the field of Photonic Integrated Circuits, or who could be interested in the adoption of this key enabling technology, such as (fabless) integrated photonics component vendors, ODMers (modules/sub-assemblies), system-level product vendors, system integrators and end customers from the industry.

PhotonDelta

PhotonDelta is a European network of high-tech companies, knowledge institutions and government that acts as the growth accelerator for the Dutch integrated photonics industry. PhotonDelta guides global (start-up) companies to get prioritized access to the supply chain and, as needed, provides the necessary access to networks, knowledge, business development and funding. It also offers a dedicated incubator programme “PhotonDelta Startup Studio”.
