In a nutshell, the event is an initiative by Medtronic, Medace, LifetecZONe, LIOF, Brightlands, Rabobank, and the Municipality of Maastricht for anyone working to bring to market innovations in healthcare and the life sciences of the future. We're putting on the Health Innovation Euregion Event 2024 for both established and fledgling entrepreneurs, and for entrepreneurial scientists. &nbsp;Nearly everyone who has ever attempted to implement a great idea will have faced a series of obstacles at some point. In fact, these challenges are part and parcel of life as an entrepreneur. That said, one thing we've learnt along the way is that entrepreneurship is so much easier, better, and more enjoyable when you have access to tips, answers, advice, and support from all the right people — especially when you're first setting out. This might include professionals, as well as individuals who've been on the same journey as you when implementing their fantastic ideals and great ideas. &nbsp;Health Innovation Euregion 2024 loves bringing together fledgling entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial scientists, and established SMEs in the Euregion. But we don't stop there: a wide range of relevant entities and parties, investors, experienced entrepreneurs, and other people who might be able to lend a hand are also thrown into the mix. The result is a vast network of people who can point you in the right direction and help you plot the best possible course towards your goal. &nbsp;Once again, we have also invited a diverse range of speakers who are more than happy to share their experience as entrepreneurs. Sure, there will be success stories, but rooted in the idea that people often learn the most from the mistakes they make along the way, you'll also hear anecdotes about pitfalls, misunderstandings, and picking yourself up and starting again. &nbsp;On top of that, this year, representatives from the different ecosystems in the Euregion will set out how they support entrepreneurs and provide insight into the strategic developments that are taking place.Of course, there will also be plenty of time to meet each other in person and network before and after the keynote speeches.
