There is an opportunity to realize ideas with financial support for pioneering projects in the fields of AI at the Edge and Industrie 5.0.</p><h2>What is it all about?</h2><p>These projects focus on improving existing solutions, products and processes in the manufacturing industry through innovative technologies.</p><h2>What to expect</h2><p>Application AI-at-the-Edge &amp; Edge-to-cloud<br>Applications include the use of AI for predictive maintenance, automation, production planning, waste reduction, energy efficiency, resource optimization, quality control, circularity and resource optimization. &nbsp;</p><p>Industry 5.0 &amp; Human-Centred, Sustainable Production<br>Deploying Industry 5.0 and human-centred digitization for flexible production processes that promote a resilient industry.</p><p>TERESA (Technology Regulatory Sandboxes) Experiments: Develop TERESA experiments, leveraging existing Didactic Factories to explore human-AI interactions, regulatory and ethical issues. These experiments seek technical, regulatory and ethical validation.</p><h2>Funding and Evaluation</h2><p>Projects €100,000 can receive financial support, where 60% can be subsidized. This amount will be paid in two installments: 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. &nbsp;</p><p>Project proposals are evaluated on criteria such as Excellence, Impact and Implementation.</p><h2>Submission and important dates</h2><p>Deadline for submission: December 16, 2024 CET 12.00</p><p>Announcement of evaluation results: February 17 - 28, 2025</p><p>Implementation of projects: March 31 - September 30, 2025</p><h2>How can you participate?</h2><p>Do you know an entrepreneur who would like to participate?
