<p>Are you active in the manufacturing industry and ready to take your innovative prototype to market? The European Manufacturing NextMaterials (MNM) project is now launching the second Call for cross-border collaborations. MNM, part of the Interreg programme, focuses on scaling up prototypes to test production. The aim: to make parts and components made of innovative materials ready for the market, so that industry can quickly respond to the growing demand for smart and sustainable products.</p><h3>Focus on smart materials and 3D printing&nbsp;</h3><p>This Call targets SMEs with the ambition to grow beyond the prototype stage with their product made from advanced materials, and want to set up or further develop intelligent production methods for this purpose. This offers unique opportunities for companies that want to scale up their innovation, but currently face challenges in doing so.’ Advanced materials include, for example, (bio)composite materials, materials for energy generation and storage, 3D printing, materials combined with sensors and innovative metals.&nbsp;</p><h3>Join us and start in January 2025&nbsp;</h3><p>Do you have a promising prototype and want to collaborate with a German SME? Then this is your chance! Apply to one of our partners - Oost NL, BOM or NMWP - and participate in this second Open Call, which runs until 18 October 2024. If your project is approved, you can start the scale-up project as early as January 2025.
